Your data, our posture

We process AI-agent metadata (names, IDs), performance metrics (latency, success rate, cost), error logs, and optional trace data. These may contain business-confidential information but are not typically special-category personal data.

• Metrics and logs are retained for your configured retention period (default 30 days) and can be exported or deleted at any time.
• We apply access controls consistent with GDPR Art. 32 (security of processing).
• BYOK keys are stored server-side only and never exposed to the browser.

• AgentPulse is a monitoring tool, not a fail-safe or guarantee. It provides visibility into agent performance but does not prevent all failures.
• We do not guarantee 100% uptime of the monitoring service, do not claim "never miss an error", and do not state that alerts will always trigger in time to prevent user impact.
• For binding operational decisions, consult qualified DevOps and ML engineers.

• Payments are processed by Waffo Pancake (merchant of record).
